Enjoyed an air conditioner, a balcony, and WiFi in the room. the hotel had a magnificent location right in the center.

Lo único que mereció la pena fue la ubicación. Just the location.

The room we were given was awfully small, not according with what we thought we had booked (according to the photos). There was no place to leave the baggage, nor a closet. Of course there was not tv in the room. The bathroom was claustrophobic. We had the intention of spending five nights there, but we had to move to another hotel and cancel the reservation. I know there are another better room, but we were given the worst one. Be careful with that. The beakfast was not very good either. I do not reccomend this hotel , that shows itself as something very different from what it really is.

The accommodation was clean, and the staff were attentive and caring during my stay.

The Location and the service. The place is right at the heart of the old town with awesome view and atmosphere. The hotel staff were also very good.

Good location

The room was bad. Very small and with no window and no fan or air-conditioning. There appeared to be other rooms which were better.

The accommodations are spacious and offer impressive views of the harbor, plus the staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in an old Venetian building right on the harbour and in the old part of town.

We booked a room with harbour view but on arrival they insisted we pay extra for the view. We refused so we got a room at the back of the hotel. Not a very good start! In the evening you will have to put up with a lot of noise from restaurants and bars. The hotel states you get a breakfast buffet. This is not the case. You are served at you're table. There is only a very tiny breakfast room (3 tables with 5 chairs for about 10 rooms)+ breakfast is only served after 9.00 hrs. (a bit late). This means that when there are many guest you will have to wait in line to get the breakfast, especially because it is served late!

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful! The bottle of Raki at teh end was a nice touch.

Great location at a fair price! You can easily walk to most restaurants and the touristy spots from here. the room is spacious, comfy, and has all the perks like AC, a balcony, and WiFi. 🌟

Stylish hotel, magic views and location is excellent near to the gorgeous harbor and the old city center. The breakfast in the café is low cost and exceptionally nice. Would definitely recommend the place.

I loved the room with a beautiful view and the comfortable bed, the staff was friendly and helpful, even helping me with my laundry.

Nothing. When we checked in that evening they had given our reservations for two room away to someone else or to their friends. We were then directed to another hotel of lower quality room, barking dogs, on air conditioning, with small stairways. I would recommend that no other customers ever make reservations to stay at this hotel. This was the second time in one week that we were bumped out of a reserved room. When we tried to confirm our next reservation for the end of the week we were told we must call the day before to make sure we still had a room. If you want to make sure you have a room to stay in Chania then do not make reservation at this Hotel. They should have refunded us a portion of the room fee for the poor hotel we were forced to stay in but they would not do it. Do not stay at th anthinie hotel in chania!!!!!!

They cancelled our reservations and gave our rooms to someone else even though we arrived within the check-in period. We stay in a low quality room in another hotel that they found for us but did not refund our payment. Do not stay at this hotel!!!!!!

The breakfast is inexpensive and particularly nice with yogurt and pastries, lots to choose from. They offer modern, impressive rooms with a hairdryer or shampoo and a wonderful view.
